In Spain have been withdrawn cigarettes for $ 2.9 million

Spanish police has found and withdrawn 465 thousands of counterfeit cigarette for total amount of more than 2.2 million euro ($ 2.9 million), illegally imported from China, Ministry of Interior has informed.

Police considers that counterfeit cigarettes of Marlboro brands have been intended for import in France as the text on the packs was in French language, is told in the declaration of Ministry.

This incident took place in Valencia and in respect with this case have been arrested 10 people. Among them were two Spaniards and eight Poland citizens.

Cigarettes came to Valencia last month on vessel from port Chiwan to the North of Hong Kong.
