It is referred to electronic cigarettes of British American Tobacco (BAT) Company. BAT became first tobacco Company that has launched advertisement on TV for the last 20 years. Cigarette advertising on TV was prohibited in Great Britain back in 1991. Electronic cigarettes are considered less harmful than usual cigarettes and started to be produced as a way to wean smokers from bad habit. Critics, on the contrary consider that electronic cigarettes may cause nicotine dependence and insist on additional researches of consequences that smoking of electronic cigarettes have for health. In Great Britain about 1.3 million of people use electronic cigarettes. |
