Lonsdale Relatively long cigar, more often 6-6 3/4 inches in length with ring gauge 42-44. Maduro It is tint of covering leaf from dark-brown to almost black. Such color is reached after long tobacco fermentation. Olor It is natural tobacco of cigar filling. Oscuro It is the most dark, practically black tint of covering leaf. Such leaf is grown mainly in Brazil and Mexico. Panetela It is thin and long (6.5-7 inches) cigar. Partido It is famous tobacco - raising region on Cuba. Perfecto It is cigar closed from both ends, usually with bulge at the middle. Puro (From Spanish - "clear"). Earlier this term meant just cigar, fully consisted of tobacco but at our days is meant cigar on 100% consisted of tobacco of one geographic origin. This term is applied, for example, to all Cuban cigars. Ring Gauge It is measure of cigar thickness - its' diameter, expressed in units equal to 1/64 inches. This term passed from jewelry. |
