Transaction value is not disclosed yet but according to experts' estimations CN Creative Company costs from 30 to 50 million pounds.

British American Tobacco has declared directly about reasons of such purchase. CN Creative manufactures and sells electronic cigarettes all over the world. British American Tobacco considers that it is necessary to invest in Companies that produce alternative products to satisfy demand of all consumers. If person wants to buy electronic cigarette, it means that it must be offered to him. In British American Tobacco consider that during twenty years 40 % of Company earnings will fall to products that are alternative to usual tobacco.

Similar processes take place in other huge tobacco Companies - Philip Morris, Japan Tobacco International, Imperial Tobacco. And as Companies always follow the demand it means that smokers little by little switch to electronic cigarettes.

Besides, governments of countries permanently toughen legislation of smoking control and it is necessary to consider this.

Particularly, European Commission has developed law draft that will prohibit production of light cigarettes - slims and flavored. Diameter of all cigarettes should be not less than 7.5 mm, in the packs should be not less than 20 cigarettes and 75 % of pack is taken by picture about smoking harm.
